To make a long story short, I live in Austin and have been an apartment renter for about 4 years now. Due to the housing market and Covid, apartments are now about 1,700 for a 2 bed 2 bath (I currently only pay 1,120). We have the original architects plans, lodged with the council, but there is nothing showing how the piping connects within the walls.
